Typical Auction takes anywhere from 1-2 weeks’ maximum! This allows customers to take advantage of “dips” in the market place as they occur.
• Number of Suppliers: Typically invite 200-300% more suppliers to auction than other brokers. This creates more competition and ensures you folks get pricing from as many companies as possible.
• Audit trail: Many folks work with us simply for the extensive audit trail our services provide. Documents provided include, Available market data at time of the auction, list of Suppliers, RFP, Snap Shots of Auctions, all bid results, copy of agreements.
• Ongoing Services: All customers receive ongoing “pro-active” energy market services. Once an auction has concluded, we know our customers risk tolerance and business goals and objectives around energy procurement (budgeting, lowest cost possible, specific price point)
• 100% Risk Free- if you are not 100% satisfied with the prices you receive at auction, you do not have to award and there will be no fee of any kind. You are never under obligation of any kind to take a bid – You are in control
• No Fee for our services: You will never pay us a fee for our services. The winning supplier pays us a fee only if you award
